Home Modifications Action Project
At 82, Walter can no longer climb the 17 stairs to his upstairs bedroom. Slips in the bath tub have resulted in trips to the emergency room. Walter and his wife Bev are faced with the possibility of having to leave their home of 43 years. "I love this house," says Bev. "We own it free and clear. Up until last year, I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else."
